You are warmly welcome on the day of arrival from 4:00 PM onwards. You can enter directly without prior check-in via the electronic locks. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the chalet by 10:00 AM at the latest, so our cleaning team can prepare it in perfect condition for the next guests.
After confirmation of the reservation, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival. The security deposit is €500 and will be refunded within 7 days after departure (following inspection).
To ensure the hygiene of our chalet, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Dogs are allowed in the living room and on the terrace, but not on the upper floor or in the bedrooms.
We apply the following cancellation policy: up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the booking amount; 60–30 days: 50%; 30–14 days: 75%; less than 14 days: 100%. We recommend taking out a comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance at all times.
